Sequences are compiled in a file in multi-FASTA format. They can also be downloaded individually from the sequence (feature) page.

EST/Unigene Sequence Download
The unigene build contains 'contigs' resulting from assembling similar ESTs and 'singlet ESTs' that can not be assembled. To download all ESTs used in this analysis, select 'All ESTs'
