Blueberry Crop Onotology Trait Descriptors

These trait descriptors were developed by USDA Breeding Insight and the Genome Database for Vaccinium BIMS teams in order to create common descriptors for a 
common crop ontology.

This data was deposited in GDV so it will be accessible for the future publication.  These trait descriptors are also available to use at 
https://breedinginsight.org/, https://www.vaccinium.org/bims and https://cropontology.org/.

File notes:
1.) Blueberry_CO_BI-BIMS_Dec2020.xlsx - This file was the original crop ontology that was uploaded to GDV and BIMS and Breeding Insight

2.) 20230926-Blueberry-CO_ontology-Final.xlsx - This file is the final file submitted and checked by Crop Ontology (cropontology.org) in their submission 
format. This file has had 5 descriptors removed compared to the first file.  Four were removed as part of the Crop Ontology review because they were not 
considered "real traits".  These four traits originated from the trait descriptors from GRIN and are used for internal USDA tracking (PLOIDY, PLOIDYEQUA, 
ETGROUP, CORE).  The fifth descriptor (RPT, ripening time) was removed because it was a duplicate with the '50% bloom' descriptor.  These 5 trait descriptors
have also been removed from GDV and BIMS.
