We would like to thank Dr. Patrick Edger and colleagues for sharing the genome sequences from the Vaccinium Pangenome Project pre-publication. The genomes are available to view in JBrowse and the gene and mRNA models are searchable using MegaSearch and the genome sequences can be searched using the BLAST tool. The functional annotation data for the mRNAs is also in process.
