We are starting to load GWAS data into GDV. If you have GWAS data that will be published soon, or has been published, please contact us to make sure it has all the information needed to enter it.
You can search the GWAS data under the QTL/GWAS Search and view mapped GWAS in MapViewer. Here is a video demonstrating both of these.
