GDV has been provided with differential expression values from blueberry RNA-seq experiments. Expression data can be viewed on the feature page for the corresponding mRNA or by generating an expression heatmap. To generate an expression heatmap, a list of mRNAs of interest must be entered. The heatmap uses the name of the mRNA feature to query the expression data. The mRNA names can be found on the mRNA feature page. A list can be generated using the Gene and Transcript Search.
