GDV is pleased to be hosting two new cranberry genomes pre-publication thanks to the corresponding authors Drs. Juan Zalapa and Luis Diaz-Garcia. The genomes can be viewed in JBrowse, the scaffolds can be queried with BLAST, and the gene and mRNA information is searchable in GDV.
